Visitors
At St Paul’s Hostel, we believe that having visitors is important to the wellbeing of our residents and we encourage family and friends to visit often. Visitors are invited to participate in our activities and special events, and to join their loved ones at mealtimes.
Please refrain from visiting if you are unwell, particularly with symptoms of gastroenteritis or influenza, as these can spread very quickly and have potentially serious consequences.
There are no set visiting hours. Family and friends are welcome to visit our home at any time.
Parking is available on Fyffe, Streattle and Hill streets.
All visitors will need to sign in and out at reception.
Visiting pets
Pets are welcome to visit our home at any time. We recognise the value that pets can have in improving the health and wellbeing of our residents, especially those living with dementia.
Cats and small dogs can make great visiting pets as they are soft to touch and not too heavy to lift. With the right temperament, larger dogs can provide comfort and companionship, particularly to wheelchair-bound residents.
To keep everyone safe, we ask that visiting pets are kept on a lead and have current vaccinations and health checks.
